Our easy-to-manage class schedule is designed to accommodate everyone’s busy lifestyles.

All sessions are approximately one hour long and consist of:

  • Structured warm-up and dynamic stretching
  • Skill-specific instruction and coaching on the day’s movements
  • Focused strength training
  • An intense CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day) that changes daily
  • Structured cool-down

Class Schedule
CrossFit WOD (60 min)

Monday: 6am, 7am(open gym), 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Tuesday: 6am, 7am(open gym, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Wednesday: 6am, 7am(open gym),  9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Thursday: 6am, 7am(open gym),  9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Friday: 6am, 7am(open gym), 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday: 9am

Sunday: Rest Day!

Olympic Lifting & Strength Class (90 min) MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS @ 6:00pm

FOUNDATIONS* (new CrossFitters, 10 person limit):  TUESDAY/THURSDAY: 8am, 4pm, & 6pm. SATURDAY: 10am

*Other session times may available, by appointment only.
