Our easy-to-manage class schedule is designed
to accommodate everyone’s busy lifestyles.

All sessions are approximately one hour long and consist of:

  • Structured warm-up and dynamic stretching
  • Skill-specific instruction and coaching on the day’s movements
  • Focused strength training
  • An intense CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day) that changes daily
  • Structured cool-down

Class Schedule

Monday: 6am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Tuesday: 6am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm,

Wednesday: 6am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Thursday: 6am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm,

Friday: 6am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday: 9am

Sunday: Rest Day!

GROUPON/FUNDAMENTALS (10 person limit):  Monday-Friday- 6am, 7pm.
